Delivery Areas

The maps below indicate the areas that we are able to deliver to. Please note that these are for indicative purposes only. There may be some areas within these that we are unable to service, but most areas can be reached. If you are on the edge of the serviced area and are thus unsure whether you can receive delivery, please feel free to contact us and we will happily confirm whether or not we can deliver to your address.

We are always working on expanding our delivery footprint. As we are able to deliver to more areas and more regions we will update  this page.

GAUTENG
If your delivery address is within the blue lines then we can deliver to you.
Please choose the ‘Gauteng’ region from the ‘Delivery Region’ menu when placing your order.
We deliver from Vereeniging in the South to Pretoria North in the North and from Randfontein in the West to Benoni and Spring in the East.
So, residents of Tshwane, Pretoria, Pretoria East, Silverlakes, Waterkloof, Irene, Garsfontein, Moreletta Park, Heidelberg, Midrand, Centurion, Germiston, Bedfordview, Sandton, Northcliff, Randburg and Weltevreden Park and everything in between, we have got you covered!

If your delivery address is within the orange lines then we can deliver to you.
Please choose the ‘Cape Town’ region from the ‘Delivery Region’ menu when placing your order.
From Camps Bay to Melkbos, from Hout Bay to Durbanville, from Simon’s Town to Somerset West and from Strand to Stellenbosch, we have got you covered.

DURBAN

If your delivery address is within the orange lines then we can deliver to you.
Please choose the ‘Greater Durban’ region from the ‘Delivery Region’ menu when placing your order.
From Amanzimtoti to Umhlanga Rocks, from The Bluff to Pinetown… Whether you are in Chatsworth, Musgrave or Westville, La Lucia and Durban North or Phoenix or Berea, we will deliver!

TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT
For SAME DAY delivery on 24 and 31 December please ensure you place your RAPID DELIVERY order BEFORE 9am (Cape Town) and 7am (Durban) as we will be closing orders EARLY on these days in these regions.
In Gauteng please ensure ALL SAME DAY (rapid) delivery orders are placed before 12pm on 31 December.

Important Notification Re Deliveries in:

Cape TOWN

We are unable to deliver in Cape Town on Saturday 30 May.
Orders received for delivery in CAPE TOWN after 1pm on 29 May will be delivered on MONDAY 1 June.

This affects CAPE TOWN ONLY
All other regions are operating as normal.

We are pleased to STILL offer a SAME DAY DELIVERY service on QUALIFYING RAPID DELIVERY orders in all other delivery regions.

Place your RAPID DELIVERY order BEFORE the  order receipt deadline*.

STANDARD DELIVERY orders will ALWAYS be delivered as soon as possible within the usual guaranteed STANDARD DELIVERY delivery times.

We have TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED OUR SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE IN GAUTENG ONLY
Any rapid delivery orders in GAUTENG will be delivered on a ‘next day’ delivery service.

Sunday deliveries have also been suspended: any order received after 10 am on Saturday will be delivered on the following Monday.

Standard Delivery orders will be delivered by the close of business 2 working days after we have received payment.

THIS ONLY AFFECTS THE GAUTENG DELIVERY REGION
ALL OTHER REGIONS ARE UNAFFECTED AND NORMAL DEADLINES AND SERVICE COMMITMENTS APPLY.

Our usual ‘weekend’ conditions will apply for deliveries in Gauteng this weekend.

We are not able to deliver in Durban and Cape Town this weekend due to the public holiday. All orders received for these regions will be delivered on Monday 11 August.
