Delivery Times
We offer two service options:
Rapid Delivery
Standard Delivery
The delivery option you choose will determine the service we can offer.
Please note that different regions have different delivery ptocols. Therefore, please check the ‘Delivery Times‘ tab on the product information pages for the deadline by which we must have received your order as well as the latest expected delivery time window for your order.
To place a RAPID DELIVERY order please select ‘Rapid Delivery’ from the shipping options at checkout.

We will always do our best to get gas to you as quickly as possible.Â
We do not hold orders back based on delivery option chosen: if we can deliver*, we will.
But when necessary, we will prioritise rapid delivery orders.
We will always adhere to the service guarantee/commitment we have made.
Therefore, if you need gas urgently we reccomend that you place a rapid delivery order to ensure you get you gas as quickly as possible.
*If we have a vehicle in your area when an order is received and if we have gas available on the vehicle and we have time available to us, then we will deliver.
Weekends and Public Holidays
We do not offer a delivery service in the Outlying Areas of Cape Town area on weekends.
Standard delivery orders are delivered on ‘ordinary weekdays’ (ie excluding weekends and pubic holidays).
Weekends and public holidays are never considered ‘working days’, even if we are delivering gas on these days.
All Orders
We do not offer an after hours delivery service.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
We do not normally deliver gas on public holidays.
We may deliver gas on some public holidays, if we do we will notify you by way of special message on the site.
Estimated arrival times can be communicated to you as soon as we are able to make accurate predictions.
We deliver during ‘normal’ office hours and usually complete deliveries by 5pm. If there are delays or during peak demand periods we may deliver later than 5pm.
We will communicate any later than expected deliveries to you as soon as we are aware of the situation.Â
If there is nobody available to accept the delivery and we have to return to make the delivery, there may be delays in our promised delivery time. Similarly, if the delivery information supplied by you is incorrect or incomplete we may be delayed in completing your order.Â
We always do our best to complete all deliveries on time.
On weekends we do our very best to get gas delivered to you as quickly as possible but this does depend on the availability of our depots.Â
Exchange Cylinder Orders:Â
‘Rapid delivery’ orders placed before deadline (please check the ‘Delivery Times‘ tab on the product information pages for regional deadlines) are usually delivered on the same day that the order is placed.
We guarantee that all rapid delivery orders including those placed after deadline will take place by close of business the next working day after your order has been accepted by us.Â
‘Standard delivery’ orders are guaranteed to be delivered by the close of business two working days from receipt of the order. We will always endeavour to deliver gas as quickly as possible, so we may deliver sooner than this whenever we can.
‘No-exchange’ cylinder orders:
We deliver ‘no-exchange’ cylinder orders as quickly as possible but delivery times are dependent on the availability of cylinders. We will advise you of the expected delivery time if it diverges from the above commitments.
