Description

A 19 kilogram bottle is ideal for the mid-range user (heating, cooking, braais etc)

Exchange cylinders are supplied when you have an empty cylinder to exchange for a full gas cylinder

Please ensure you order the same size cylinder as you have as an empty (please check the customer support page for FAQs or contact us if you are unsure what size cylinder to order)

Please also note that we are unable to accept just any cylinder as an exchange cylinder

We will ALWAYS accept any cylinder that was previously supplied by us for exchange

New customers:
We can only accept ‘exchangeable’ cylinders for exchange
If you have an Oryx, an Easigas, a Total, a Handigas, Afrox etc cylinder we can definitely accept your cylinder
Please note as we work in a variety of different geographical areas with different suppliers the list of cylinder we can accept in exchange is in fact greater than the illustrative list above
If you have any doubts please feel free to contact us and we will happily advise and assist you in this regard
Any cylinder we supply will ALWAYS be accepted by us as an exchangeable cylinder on any future order made by you

Delivery Times

Please note that the delivery times below are the indicative expected delivery times, please refer to out terms and conditions for service guarantees.
We always deliver gas as quickly as possible and your gas should therefore arrive within the below delivery windows.

We do not offer an after hours delivery service.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Estimated arrival times can be communicated to you as soon as we are able to make accurate predictions.
We deliver during ‘normal’ office hours and usually complete deliveries by 5pm. If there are delays or during peak demand periods we may deliver later than 5pm.
In the event of a delay or later than expected delivery situation, we will communicate with you as soon as we are aware of the situation.

We do not deliver on public holidays.
Weekend deliveries (AVAILABLE IN GAUTENG ONLY) are only guaranteed when a RAPID DELIVERY order has been placed.
