Please be advised that the following terms and conditions apply when purchasing through us.

Standard Terms and Conditions

  • We are domiciled in the Republic of South Africa. Specifically, we are in Johannesburg South Africa. Our full address is:

  • All purchases are required to paid, in full, in advance of the delivery being made.
    • We accept Master Card and VISA credit card and debit card as well as Electronic Funds Transfer payments. 
    • Other payment methods may be added or removed from time to time.
  • The product supplied shall be the product stated on the order accepted by the customer at the time of purchase.
    • An exchange cylinder is supplied when the customer has an empty to cylinder to exchange for a full cylinder.
    • We can only accept cylinders of the same capacity in exchange (eg we can only deliver a 9kg cylinder if you have a 9kg empty cylinder for exchange.
    • We undertake to always accept for exchange any cylinder that has previously been supplied by us.
    • If you need us to deliver a cylinder of a different size this will need to be arranged in advance as there are pricing differences).
    • If you do not have an empty cylinder to exchange please place a no exchange cylinder order.
    • We cannot deliver an exchange cylinder to you if you do not have an empty cylinder to exchange with us.
    • If you have ordered the incorrect size or type of cylinder and only make us aware of this error on the day of delivery:
      • we will offer to upgrade (or downgrade) your order to the type and or size of cylinder required,
      • if you accept the offer you will need to pay any outstanding amounts in respect of an upgrade to us before we deliver,
      • if you refuse the offer we will cancel the order and retain a delivery fee, equivalent to an amount, not less than the prevailing rapid delivery fee being charged by gas2me at the time the order was placed by the customer.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order and request a refund.
    • In the event of a frivolous or unjustified cancellation of an order that has already been delivered, we reserve right to retain a delivery fee not less than the prevailing rapid delivery fee being charged by gas2me at the time the order was placed by the customer.
    • What is deemed to be a frivolous or unjustified cancellation shall be determined at our sole discretion.
  • If you are not satisfied with the condition of the gas cylinder we will make our best efforts to satisfy your requirements.
  • The customer has the right to cancel an order at any time prior to the cylinder being connected and/or the seal on the gas cylinder being broken.
    • In the event of a frivolous or unjustified cancellation of an order that has already been delivered, we reserve the right to retain a delivery fee, equivalent to an amount, not less than the prevailing rapid delivery fee being charged by gas2me at the time the order was placed by the customer.
    • What is deemed to be a frivolous or unjustified cancellation shall be determined at our sole discretion.
  • We cannot accept any cancellations once the seal on the cylinder has been broken or otherwise tampered with.
  • The determination of whether the seal has been broken or tampered with is at our sole discretion.
  • Any cancellations received prior to the seal on the cylinder being broken will be refunded, in full.
    • In the event of a frivolous or unjustified cancellation of an order that has already been delivered, we reserve the right to retain a delivery fee, equivalent to an amount, not less than the prevailing rapid delivery fee being charged by gas2me at the time the order was placed by the customer.
    • What is deemed to be a frivolous or unjustified cancellation shall be determined at our sole discretion.
  • If you suspect a problem with a cylinder that has been delivered by us, please contact us immediately upon discovery of the problem.
    • We will attempt to diagnose and resolve the problem telephonically.
    • We will advise you of the safety precautions to follow. 
    • If necessary, we will provide you with the contact details of a qualified technician.
    • It is your responsibility to make an appointment with a technician.
    • Should the technician determine that there is nothing wrong with your installation and that it is the cylinder that we supplied that is at fault, we will replace the cylinder at no cost and we will pay the technicians call out fee on your behalf.
    • All other costs will be to your account.
  • You agree to pay the for the product ordered at the rates in effect, for the region in which delivery is to be made, when the order is placed and the payment is made. You can get details of these rates on our web site, or on the app. Product prices will change from time to time.
  • You will always pay the price advertised at the time that the order was placed and payment was received.
  • Any unpaid orders will be cancelled and new prices may apply.
  • Standard delivery costs are included in the price.
  • Additional ‘rapid’ delivery fees may be charged if agreed to by the customer. These are disclosed on the website prior to acceptance by the customer.
  • You are required to provide us with comprehensive and accurate payment, contact and delivery information. You are required to ensure that all delivery information is updated as and when necessary.
  • Should you not be available to receive your delivery we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees to defray expenses.
  • You are required to provide our staff with access to your premises so that we can effect delivery timeously, efficiently and in accordance with your needs.
  • Your failure to allow our staff access will in no way be interpreted as a failure on our side to supply you with the product. You are required to ensure that all delivery information is updated at all times.
  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel at any time, any order placed by a customer if:

    • the customer has supplied incorrect or incomplete delivery details or,

    • the customer has ordered from the incorrect geographic area, for example if the customer orders a gas cylinder using the ‘Western Cape’ rates but requests delivery in Gauteng or,

    • the customer’s delivery address is outside of our delivery areas or,

    • the customer has ordered the incorrect cylinder size or has ordered an exchange cylinder when a no-exchange cylinder is required.

    • If we have already attempted to deliver an order and we have to cancel the order, we reserve the right to retain a delivery fee, equivalent to an amount, not less than the prevailing rapid delivery fee being charged by gas2me at the time the order was placed by the customer.
  • Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until: if you order by internet, the app or telephone, we send you written confirmation of your payment or we send you your purchase, whichever is earlier.
  • If we accept your order, your gas delivery will take place no later than the close of business two ‘ordinary business days’ (that is excluding Saturdays, Sundays and all public holidays) after your order has been accepted by us, unless you request a ‘rapid delivery’. Rapid deliveries will take place no later than the close of business on the ‘ordinary business day’ (that is excluding Saturdays, Sundays and all public holidays) after your order has been accepted by us. 
  • All refunds on purchases cancelled in terms of these terms and conditions will be processed within ten working days of the cancellation being received. Payment may take a few days longer depending on your credit card company and/or your bank. This part of the refund process is out of our control.
  • We are a responsible corporate citizen and as such we subject ourselves to all laws of the Republic of South Africa as well as by-laws of the City of Johannesburg.

To place your RAPID DELIVERY order simply choose your cylinder size and type and then select RAPID DELIVERY from the delivery options at checkout.

STANDARD DELIVERY orders will ALWAYS be delivered within the usual guaranteed delivery times.
